Professional Installation Required: All parts sold by Club 46 Pitstop must be installed by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation.
Customer Responsibility for Fitment: It’s your responsibility to confirm that any accessory or part is correct for your motorcycle’s specific make, model, and year before you purchase or attempt to install it.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that you are using our products at your own risk. You expressly assume all risks related to property damage, serious injury, or death that may result from their use, misuse, or installation.
Legal Compliance: Some products may be intended for off-road or track use only. It’s your responsibility to ensure you comply with all local, state, and national laws regarding vehicle modification.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any other costs, including labor, or for any consequential damages.
