Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
It must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Make a Return (3 Steps)
Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please email us at hello@club46pitstop.com to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with instructions.
Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ship It Back: Mail your product to:

Please Note: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late Refunds? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received it, please contact us.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, email us at hello@club46pitstop.com.
