Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Club 46 Pitstop! We’re dedicated to getting your motorcycle accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive another email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of options to meet your needs.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

 

Standard Shipping (5-8 business days):

    • South India (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, etc.): Typically 3-5 business days.

    • North & West India (Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, etc.): Typically 5-8 business days.

    • East & Northeast India and remote areas: Typically 7-12 business days.

      Express Shipping (2-4 business days):
      Available for most major metro cities. This option will be visible at checkout if available for your pin code.

      Free Shipping:

      We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹2,999.

Please note: Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, public holidays, or issues with the courier service that are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to check the status of your delivery.

Damages & Issues

Your order is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Email us at hello@club46pitstop.com with your Order Number and include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

  3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to process the claim.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
